COFFEE CHOCOLATE BISCUITS

With their intense coffee aroma, these biscuits are the ideal accompaniment to any hot drink.

 

Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 130 g vegetable butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla
  • 40 g apple sauce
  • 2 tsp Jacobs instant coffee
  • 60 g chocolate drops
  • 8-10 spoonfuls of chocolate cream

Steps

    Put 1 spoonful of chocolate cream on a plate and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

    Knead all the other ingredients except the chocolate in a bowl into a compact ball.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat. Add the chocolate chips and stir in.

    Form balls of the same size from the dough and press one of the frozen chocolate balls into the middle and close tightly. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure to leave enough space between the balls.

    Place in the oven and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Let cool and then enjoy.
